Vintage Star Wars POTF coin, Kenner Executive Frame set

  
The original display frames were a Kenner internal gift with 3 dedicated for George Lucas and the remaining 7 for those employees who worked on producing the coin sets from the Director of Design. I owned Tom's KEF (#1 of 10) for several years but couldn't display it as it was fragile, prone to coins dropping inside the frame and as it already had wear and tear, it needed protected by laying flat in storage. I did want a KEF on display so used the same materials and design from Kenner's original to make a stronger display frame that wouldn't devalue if damaged or degraded further from display.
