Here I have for sale a Vintage Star Wars Speeder Bike with Box and Tray Insert from the 1983 range. The Speeder Bike is, in my opinion, in mint condition with all the original parts, comprising the three main body sections with working'fly apart' and rear flap function, two handle bars, swivelling blaster cannon underneath the main body and the two rare original rear flaps (please see the end of the video to show the flaps sinking as genuine ones should), the sprung bar on the seat lifts up to secure a figure to the bike just as designed. The Speeder comes in its original ROTJ Kenner Box which is in excellent condition for its 40 years of age, the top external picture flap has not been folded over and creased, it has all the end flaps still fully attached and one end of the box is still factory tape sealed!
The only bad points are that it looks as if it had a large sticker on the front which was removed and took some the pictures layer with it, a newer small price sticker at some point in its life been stuck in the centre of the bare area (as pictured) and, at the opened end of the box, original sealing tape also took some of the picture with it but fortunately the tape was still attached so I have stuck it securely back in place on the end flap with a little bit of PVA adhesive, (again as pictured). It also comes with the plastic Tray Insert that holds the speeder in its three main parts, the tray is fully intact with no splits. Truly an awesome example of the Imperial Scout Speeder Bike that would enhance any vintage Star Wars collection! Please do study the photographs and (where applicable) the video clip as, naturally, these form a large part of the description and please judge for yourselves the quality of this Speeder Bike.
